A. Yes, Angel Limousine and limo bus service is licensed with the City of Dallas
Q. Do you carry limousine insurance?
A. Yes, the city of Dallas requires limousine companies to carry $500,000 in liability insurance. Our policy is for $1,000,000 in liability insurance.
Q. Are your chauffeurs licensed?
A. Yes, all of Angel Limousine and limo bus drivers are licensed from City of Dallas. They are also randomly tested for alcohol and substance abuse.
Q. What is your Cancellation policy?
A Once we reserve the vehicle for your exclusive use, Angel Limousine and limo bus service cannot market that vehicle to anyone else, thus Angel Limousine and limo bus service do not offer refunds. There is a 100% Cancelation fees once reservation is made and will be charged to the credit card used to reserve the limousine. NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE. We do not require to have a signed credit Card slip as customer agrees to the Cancelation Policy by providing the Credit Card to make the reservations.
Q. Can the vehicles be viewed prior to booking?
A. Yes, please contact us to make arrangements for viewing. We will schedule a time in which the cars will be available.
Q. When does the hourly rate start?
A Unlike other companies who start the clock when the limo leaves the base, Angel Limousine and limo bus service hourly rates begin when the car arrives at your doorstep*. It ends at your final destination.
* Travel charges may be applied for destinations more than 25 miles from our base in Dallas TX.
Q. What vehicles do you offer for hire?
A Angel Limousine and limo bus service specialize in 10-passenger Lincoln stretch limousines, Stretch Hummer limousine, stretch Cadillac Escalade limousine, stretch Ford Excursion limousine and 25 passenger limousine bus.
Q Do you add the driver’s gratuity? Are there any additional fees?
A Unlike most other companies, Angel Limousine and limo bus service believe that a tip is earned not taken. That’s why Angel Limousine and limo bus service do not automatically add a gratuity to your bill. Angel Limousine and limo bus service are so confident in our “Silver Service” approach that you’ll want to tip our drivers. If we don’t provide you with outstanding service, plain and simple, we don’t deserve a tip. There are no additional refueling fees, although we do charge any governmentally mandated taxes or PUC fees.
Q. How are your chauffeurs dressed?
A Angel Limousine and limo bus service chauffeurs are professionally attired, dressed in dark suits or coat and tie..
Q. Do you have a minimum number of hours?
A Yes, our minimum is 4 hours for standard hire. One-way transfers and VIP Clients have a 2-hour minimum; airport runs are priced at a flat fee.
Q. What if I keep the limousine for longer than the reserved time?
A. Our normal hourly rate will apply. However, if you think you will need the vehicle for more than your reserved time, please let us know in advance so we don't book the vehicle for another job.
